This website is operated by 8birds. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 8birds. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms.

Products

All pieces are one-of-one and constructed from reclaimed textiles.

Due to the nature of vintage materials, slight variations, wear, or imperfections may be present. These are not defects—they are part of the character and history of each garment.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD.

Because each piece is one-of-one, availability is extremely limited and may change at any time without notice. Once an item is sold, it will not be restocked.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

All sales are final.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Shipping

Orders are processed within insert 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the one-of-one nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hdinellabethk10@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

All designs, images, branding, and content on this site are the property of 8birds and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
